Private Purchase M43 Real or Fake

I found what appears to be a private purchase M43 type cap at a thrift shop and need some expert help to determine if it is real or not.
The pics I am uploading aren't the best, for instance the pebbling on the buttons does not show. The cap has a makers label as well as other markings, a Nazi eagle in a circle ( a double stamp ) and some others I know nothing of. The skull attached to the side seems to be first pattern. At one time the cap had a full sweat band. The bill of the cap is appears to be stiff cardboard like material. I am hoping the markings on the interior will tell the tale. Thanks much for any info you can give me

Hi Pierre, welcome to the forum!

Sorry, but I feel this is a modern reproduction. The cut and markings are typical of those made in the 1990's.

Not a fake at all.. its just post war made/used in austrian army.. Billbert

Thanks for the opinions guys, does anyone know anything about the Litto Kappe co. I was able to find out that they did make uniform hats for the Austrian military and other government entities as well as for private organizations ie ( Vienna Boys Choir) prior to the war, but have been unable to find anything postwar.

I'm pretty sure that he took the photo outside the front steps of his home. You're actually looking down the walkway; every break in the shrubbery is a different residence.
