There are somethings that makes me take care of it .. I never see a ribbon like that in this type of caps, the insignia is a bit twisted ... and a lot of dirty...

Please, what do you think??

What I can say is that you need to make better images and make an attempt to post them better for the members here to take a look.

Personally I cannot comment on the cap itself but I can comment on the trapezoid insignia. It is a known patterns of these green ones and I believe to be original.
Because of the folds and creases it is a bit hard to compare though. Here, I made a better image for you:

M-43 hat itself looks like an original of type I've seen before. It is possibly privately made, not issue. Trapezoid is an original one but appears to have been hand sewn on to resemble machine stitching. Possibly original or reattached later. I like it more than I don't.
