Hi Guys, could a Russian speaker kindly confirm what these museum stamps say please?
They are in a white top SS Summer schirmmutze. These are the only pics I have.
Thanks!
Cheers, Ade.

Hallo
Artillery museum inventory.
A clever way.
You just have to know the pronunciation and meaning.
I learned Russian through friends in Germany.
Just one question: what is a Untersurmführer? The word "Surm" is used in south-German dialect for "idiot" - just a typo? Or written by somebody who copied the Kurrentschrift meticulosly without noticing that he/she has forgotten the "t" of Untersturmführer? Or an intended pun (which I don't believe). Would be very interesting to see more of the cap.
"Suam (wörterbuch: Surm): Idiot, tollpatschiger Kerl, Besserwisser"

I ignored the German script, but now I can see it too. A t is missing.
Well observed erwesa!
I have concerns re the cap anyway, but was more interested in the stamps.
Thank guys!
Cheers, Ade.

Ade, I agree, stamps look fake, as does the lining of the cap (with the ubiquitous sweat-stains).
