SA kepis judgement

Good day,

I would like to present two SA Kepis for evaluation. I know the characteristics of original Kepis, I don't really know what to think about these two.
Can the first cap be an early piece before 1933 or is it just made to look old?
The fabric of the second cap is of course very unusual, could it still be a privately procured piece from around 1933?

Thanks, I think that might be true. Too bad the blank cap isn't in better condition.
