Not in the best condition but, it looks like an original Infantrie Officer's visor to me.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
Could be a PeKüRo (due to the sweatband) which was repaired (sweatband resewn) with a damaged real silk (?) lining, as Ralph said, not in the best condition.
