High(er) resolution and more pictures would indeed be great. From what I can see here I would say this is impressive - Holters' early address in an ErEl with very distinctive insignia (one of the "special" eagles), a (very?) late-war diplo and a black ss-hat with an unusual high crown (pictures of the RZM-tag, if there is one, would be great, too) and no rzm-stamp on the bill.
