Ok gang,
Look at this picture as best you can. Obviously some US sailors and marines, but there are also some other countries troops in here. I have figured out that the two lattice-towered, triple masted battleships in the background are USS Virgina class per-dreadnoughts in the configuration they had 1910-1920
Location, approximate dates and sailors pictured by Navy ??? .....Come on historians, what do we have here?
You can see at least several non-US sailors with european style Donald Duck sailor caps and hatbands...but just cant read them.
