It's an Indian made bush "shirt", using the Aertex fabric for hot climates. These were used by the NZ Army in North Africa, and many of the LRDG were from the NZ Army.
However these were also used in other theatres of war, Asia/ Pacific. Can't comment on the authenticity of the patches and that would be of most significance. Others might be able to comment on that.

How many Lt colonels were in the lrdg?
You need to provide better pics of the titles? Not sure if the lrdg wore the div flash.

'Vintage Flying Helmets' sold this back in October 2021, and they noted that it (possibly) carried two dates, 1942 and 1947, and commented that it might have been re-issued. If the second date is indeed 1947, then it cannot be LRDG as they were disbanded in August 1945. Also the LRDG title looks too big for the shoulder strap and is only tacked on at the four corners. I would be very wary of this.
