Dress white field grade officer with pre-WWII eagle. Before 1957, only dress white & dress blue caps had visor brade and general officers also had oak leaf stitching around the band. From 1957 until the stupid beret was issued, all field grade and general officer standard green caps had oak leaf stitching on the bill. General MacArthur's famous khaki cap was a custom made model based on the general officer dress blue cap.
