Looks to be a WWI British Artillery Officer cap.
On the officers insignia, the wheel on the badge rotates. This one looks to be that type.
post 1911 as that is when Hawkes & co moved to their new address but they kept their old address on the label for a long time, possibly as late as late 1920's, nice but a bit tired. Officers service dress cap, thin chinstrap is usually early, though metal buckles are usually other ranks but I have and have seen them on officer caps.
It might be great war, or just before or even a bit after, there that gives you a really vague date for it. OK 1911 to 1929.

Whatever its just an opinion.
Thank you and the date aren't vague! It's quite enough for me :-)
The cap is just coming out from an attic.

I would suggest that you vacuum it and be sure it doesn't have any active moth larva on board.
oh yes! Maybe few days into the freezer? I read that trick somewhere on the Net.

Still clean after the freezer, the eggs can lay dormant in the cold.
Closely check any folds or ceases as they like to hide there ,a lint roller is also helpful too.
Thank you for your help.

No problem Jean.
I've had problems with moths before, better to take preventive measures than deal with them later!
