We've got a couple flat hats but all WWII or post so no ships names, have not even stumbled across one yet but we keep looking!

Hi Eric,
The pre 1933 caps, have a couple different interior depending the age. The ww1 and post ww1 caps usually had a checker lining with a sweat band. Also some tailor made one had a different lining, no sweat band, and also has ajustable lining. Will try and get you a picture of the adjustable lining one later.
In 1933 the regulation change and the style change. This style stay until the end which I think was in 1960's ,they got rid of the dress blue hat.
