WWII US Army officer dress visor cap
Certainly, these are quite common, and nothing all that exciting, but I wanted to show a nice example I picked up on Ebay very inexpensively.
It has a thin peak, very flexible, compared to my other example, which has a very stiff peak. No maker shown inside, but under the sweatband is a stamp, showing cap made to a 1941 Army contract, for Society Brand.
Apologies for the mediocre photos, on this, as my other threads. I REALLY need to improve!

Nice 'Crusher' in great condition.........!
You know, I wonder if this cap is a " semi-crusher"? The peak is certainly thinne rand easily bendable, as opposed to my other WWII Army officer cap, but is it a true "crusher", an all-too mis-used description?

Re: WWII US Army officer dress visor cap
That is possible, as it has a rather unusual shape.
Great cap all the same.........
