Gentlemen, I have take some more pictures of the bill at different angles to see if that helps. I also took a picture of some German writing on the sweatband in case this also helps. I appreciate your assistance.

I hope these new picture from under the sweat band help.

Nice Peküro cap - do I see empty holes in the bill? Any shots from behind the sweatband in this area? Might have been reapplied.

Looks to be a nice original with the caveat of a possibly replaced visor as ErWeSa pointed out.

Thanks Gentlemen, I appreciate your input. I have taken some extra pictures of the bill join from different angles if that helps. In addition I found some German writing which may help. Thanks very much. Keith

The stamp is a "Geprüft" stamp which would indicate that the cap originally was for EM/NCOs. I just can see the empty stitch-holes in the bill - if you turn the sweaband up can you see a hand-sewn seam there (uneven stiches, not all orginals stich-holes used)? I think the bill was reapplied/replaced.

I am afraid, they don't - what I would like to see is hidden in the pleat of the velvet and I don't want to make you pull at it to give us a better view in order not to damage a nice cap.

Thanks gentlemen, I am greatly appreciative to all of your input and advice. I agree with you Erwsea I won’t pull it apart. To me, it appears a solid “Pekuro” visor in good condition, again I will qualify that in my inexperienced opinion. Lol cheers Keith
