Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Very nice collection for someone your age. 10 years my junior and you've got more pieces than me Well done with the display as well. What are those two old books on the top shelf? How do your folks feel about your headgear habit?
-Tony
Beautiful collection Pat.
However you will start to have dust issues with that cabinet.
Use window isolating sponge on the openings, it will completely seal the opened areas.
The door will be tight and the inside completely dust free.
Cheers
Nuno
Tony- Thanks! The two books are just some I found at a flee market for the display. Not military related sadly. My parents dont mind my collection. They think I am made though
Nuno- Yeah there is a bit of a gap there alright. I will see about filling the gap some time in the future if the dust gets really bad.
Thanks, Pat
Very nice Patrick!
I am glad that you were willing to spend the small amount on this display case. As I said in another thread, "They really do add a touch of class to a display!"
I have had mine for about two years and have not had any problem with dust. It depends where you keep them and the environment where you live.
Congrats and keep up the good work!
Ralph.
