Early HJ oberbann 1 visor

Hello Dear fellows
Happy to show you my early pattern HJ visor in mint conditions.
Nevertheless I ask me some questions:
Has the wearing of this cap been totally abandoned or was it still worn after 1938 with the arrival of the new pattern shoulderstaps?
I think all members could wear it regardless of their rank.

According to the Hempe manual the cap had a leather bill from Bannführer upwards - lower ranks had the cloth bill and the HJ-pin on the crown, higher ranks had the leather bill and the HJ pin on the cap band + the eagle on the crown.

So if I understand ERWESA, it is a HJ leader visor from bannführer upwards?
What about some guys who think that cloth bill was for allgemeine HJ and leather bill for technical HJ?

The Hempe book originally was from 1935. Regulations changed over the time, here are two good surveys (you have to scroll down for the other plates), for 1934/35:

Just found this picture. Old pattern cap with black visor and new pattern shoulderboards!

I wonder what could be the piping of the cap and shoulderboards?

Quite difficult to have a precise idea about what we could find !
