Hello, I have to say I'm not completely thrown off by it. I own a Kornacker visor for em and it shares many of the same characteristics. For a true evaluation you need much better pics of the interior and straight on closeups of the insignia. this should not be an issue for such an expensive item. I am cautiously optimistic but there are others on the forum that are much more experienced in detecting the frauds. I'm sure you'll get many more opinions.
Here is a link to my cap just to compare similar characteristics of the same cap maker. good luck, Al
My First SS Black-top EM/NCO Visor
Regards, Al
Cap is a good one by Gundermann and Kornacker - Magdeburg.
However, it is an EM/NCO cap that has had cords added (imo, most likely postwar).
Maybe the insignia experten can jump in as to the TK & Adler.

I really seem to have a photographic memory for caps, see here:
Black cap of note on the classified from a very fine collector, Sayle F.
Holy jesus,
He is trying to scam me
That's what just came to my mind, as I checked again and noticed that it is not only the same cap but also the very same photos! Beware!
