Heer Flatwire 'crusher' cap eagle

Hi all,

What is your opinion of this eagle... it doesn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. It belongs to one of the local guys
who posted it on FB for comment. I think it is a bad one, but will defer to those who know these eagles more than I do....
