Interesting Brown Polizei crash helmet

Just brought this in today from the Ciney fair in Belgium.
For some reason got attracted to it , as I am a steel helmet collector my knowledge on these is non exisitent but thanks to wireless internet and forums I was able to find some topics on the subject.

EREL logo in it and stamped under the leather Po 1938.

Does anyone have a period photo of a helmet like this in wear ?

Wonderful Gendarmerie motorcycle crash helmet. Many of these are in rough shape, though this one is in great condition, esp. considering the early 1938 date. Congratulations on an excellent find.
