Many thanks, ErWeSa.
I had thought it would be too early for Ersatz, but from the link, it is clearly not.
Any ideas what the ‘K.T’ (or K.I) could stand for?
Cheers,
Bob

I tried to figure out what 2. K. T. stands for but couldn't find anything suitable (Kraftfahr-Truppe? Korpsindentantur?) - this would be something for HPL2008.

Thank you for your reply ErWeSa, and apologies for my tardy response.
Korps Indentantur is one I hadn’t thought of... quite possible.
I think Kraftfahrer Truppen would be differently abbreviated, something like Kf.Tr., perhaps? (I could well be way off there, of course)!
I find German Military abbreviations tend to vary greatly and the only lists I can find tend to cover the more well known and ‘glamorous’ branches.
I hope to hear from HPL2008 soon!
My thanks again,
Bob
