Mint, Boxed Form 3 NSDAP Ortsgruppenleiter Visor

This was once mine, but now (deservedly so) resides in a collection much more advanced (and focused) than mine. It is a non-RZM tagged visor by Oskar Hertlein. Hat is one of 2 that I am aware of for the Osteinsatz, and were not authorized until 1944:

Wim, if you happen to read this, do you have the RZM regulation that provided for allowing the velvet band to be worn on Form 3 Orts visors?

Do you remember on this one if it has one or two grommet(s) on each side ?

Also I have a similar one but without the cord. I was pretty it was SA not NSDAP. I am a bit confused
