I would like to read your opinions on this NSDAP Reich Visor. Is it a nice real Clemens Wagner, or a well made Repro?

I dont collect these caps...but what I see obvious is like night and day...Im seeing a chin cord with heavy patina and the cap piping practically brand new and unfaded.

Hi Sammler,
Most of the specialists might be at work/sleeping depending on the time zone, just saw the post.

Judging from these pictures it is IMHO a nice original Wagner (I don't know of any faker who would be able to reproduce these caps so perfectly) with a perhaps reattached lining (or simply sloppy work of the period). The orange sponge seems to have disintegrated/gone lost as well.

I like the looks of this one and believe it's a nice wagner. I'm far from an expert though.

The Sponge is completely gone! I'm just a bit sceptical because piping looks quite orange and the peak is kinda weird.

Thank you for the thumbs up, stonemint! I'm really appreciated about your opinion! I've just ordered the Visor, it has been offered on the last Ratisbon's Auction, but hasn't been sold. Since the premium is now only 5%, it was a good catch, I guess!

Good catch. I believe the piping to be Orangegelb (Yellow-orange), which was utilized for the Ordensburgen until the adoption of Lemon-Yellow.
