Officers infantry visor

Hi guys iv you can tell me if this infantry visor is orignal
it looks good to me but im buying it from oostende and only seen the pictures

One caveat--I believe this same hat was sold on Ebay (per the attached photos).
It appears to have had a bullion eagle based on the outline.
A metal eagle will work, but the shadow will still be apparent:
