I believe you are right , I am afraid the cap is post war make . I based my purchase on a reference with this link The Collector's Guild but after studying tram schirmmützen on WR I have to admit that the cap is
surely wrong and post war make .

The cap is early Third Reich, and is a legit Pekuro.
Piping appears carmine on my monitor.
Is the band black? If so, it is early Feuerwehr.

OMG!!! Thank You Sir . It's a very good news !! On one hand I am very happy with this good news but on the other hand my wife tells me to better to stop to collect caps because I don't know anything about that and that I am the prototype of the pigeon .

Btw the band is from the same blue color as the crown of the cap . The piping looks pink to me .
