Pith helmets of the Afrika campaign

Here they are. The three major players in the Afrika Campaign.

An Italian pith helmet, the seconds patern German pith helmet and an RAF Wolsley pith helmet. The Italian misses a chinstrap and the ventholes but for me still a nice example of the Italian campaign in Libya.

I did the same...but then added a few other countries as well .... couldn't stop and not address the PTO LoL

Very nice display of pith helmets you have there. I like these kind of helmets a lot. I'll try to get some helmets from the Gallipolly campain in the future as the core of my collection is WW1.

The goggles are Italian and should be time period. They were still in a tin with wrapping paper. Unfortunate are there no date markings.
