Unfortunately, most private-purchase Officer visors are not dated.
The only ones that regularly are are Luftwaffe LVA Erels, and it appears they started doing so in 1938, and continued up through 1945.
(My guess is that it was required by the LVA, or the LVA themselves stamped them for "first-in/first-out" purposes.
I try to track them by dates, so if you have a dated OFFICER Erel (not a contract EM/NCO cap) please post in this thread.
