A bergmutze that was obtained with the Ordensburg visor cap and schiffen previously posted. All came from the same U S Army veteran who obtained them from the storerooms at Vogelsong.

A bergmutze for a political leader piped in white cord for Kreisleitung level.
There is also a possibility this cap was worn by a NPEA instructor or leader.

As astonishing as your collection is, there also looms the fact that you have two caps with identical RZM serial numbers. Such is a new one on me, and opens up many interesting perspectives. The zero defects mentality that pollutes collector group think can little abide such an interesting fact. However, such makes perfect sense to me. Or, for example, RZM tags that include two entries for the place of retail.
The Nazi mania for control and bureaucratic oversight collided with human frailty, even in the Fuehrerprinzip of the party.
Thank you for the remarkable panoptikum of these caps, many of which are likely to found no where else. With the dispersal of the Jeff Clark collection, this material in this concentration is all the more important.
A form II political cap for Ordensburg with the name "Werner Schmidt" attached to the back side of the liner. The cap also bears a Vogelsong property stamp which leads one to believe this is the cap of a Junker. The unusual facet of this cap is the Heer form of National Emblem affixed to the cap. There is no evidence of any other insignia being attached to this cap. Another puzzlement that is yet to be solved. The cap is without RZM tag and bears the firm name of "Anton Kinning, Aachen."

Another example of a form II political cap for Ordensburg. This cap bears the standard M1937 political eagle with the earlierr form of non enameled political cocarde. This cap is also made by the firm of Anton Kinning and does not bear a RZM tag. It also bears the Vogelsong property stamp. Note the chin cord on this cap is gold in lieu of silver as shown on the previous example. Following the cord color utilized in political form II uniforms, this must indicate either a senior Junker of an administrative official. What is curious is that the size, 55, is not only stamped in the lining but also written on the back side of the visor. This would lead me to believe that these hats were recycled as the students rotated from one Ordensburg facility to another.

Bob, great political hats... this is from Horst collection
An early (1939) Form IV visor with genuine bullion chincord, silk lining, and leather sweatband.
This hat is for the Reichslager fur Beamte, due to the chocolate-brown band and orange-yellow piping:

An example of a senior leader of the NPEA. This cap was made by Erel. It is illustrated in several books on the HJ.

The visor cap of what is likely a junior leader in the NPEA. The lack of velvet band follows the pattern established for HJ leaders.

This cap is likely an earlier model of an NPEA junior leader's visor cap. The first two caps retain their RZM tags. This cap shows no sign of a RZM tag. One of the problems with the uniforms of the political schools is that there is very little period or contemporary documentation available on their uniforms.
