reichsbahn kleiderkasse visor by clemens wagner

hi everyone

-clemens wagner is a well studied maker so I was hoping that maybe some of the more experienced members are able to tell me what year this visor hat was made? (based on the maker mark).

-It's my first reichsbahn M35 hat, what about the chincord and kokarde, are they any good? (the kokarde seems to be missing the black part)

v.B--it is a good Clemens Wagner.

It was made before 1941 (in 1941 they went with red piping around the crown).
However, period photos do show the early type with the M-41 insignia.

The cords, however, are postwar Bundesbahn, but period cords are easy to find.
