SS Mountain Troops cap?
Hi, I bought this cap at an auction, so far managed to ascertain that it may be an SS Mountain Troops cap, or it may be a fake. Anybody have any ideas what it is and how much it may be worth?
The wording inside says:
LANDGRAF (logo at top)
BAMBERG
MUTZE UNDUS??E (hard to make out)
Auftr 572 64 (hard to make out)

Sorry, but this is a West German cap with a fake SS eagle and a post war West German mountain troops insignia.
Value is minimal. A few pounds at best.
