    Sorry, but no: That's Rudy Ricci.

    Tom Savini is actually in that scene, too, but he plays another one of the bikers (the machete-wielding "Blades" who later gets shot by Peter).

    He sort of reprised that role in Land of the Dead, where he has a cameo as what appears to be the same character (now in zombified state following his untimely demise in DOTD).

    I know, I'm a horror nerd.
