Thank you, my next piece enroute in the post is this well worn variant. I want to move onto this next variety of skulls. Eventually I'd like to get a few examples with a nice finish but this first rough example will do fine for the price I paid. I'll post it in more detail when it arrives

It seem very rare to find a Danziger TK with an RZM mark, but this would dispel any chance of it being a Traditional badge or any of the other pre-war uses. So it was a early SS TK, which is a great find. Also the first pattern NSDAP eagles are plentiful and if you take your time you can find an RZM marked example. Great work.

Correct, it was an early SS TK. As for rare, I'm not sure how plentiful they were. I just saw an identical one sell on emedals this week. I am very glad to have snagged one.
