Thanks guys. Its been 40 + years of collecting mostly on a tight budget. It's gotten better since the kids are gone:-) I retired a year ago and am now doing what I love. I make parts for restoring these things, my collection is my parts library. My machining hobby helps support my collecting addiction. If anyone is interested in my parts list you can email me at dfsjpn@aol.com to request one. I can re-tip firing pins for Japanese pistols and rifles. I also re-tip Gew 88 and 98 firing pins. Don

Here are the pictures of my helmets that were requested. The first one is a standard M90 helmet. Next is probably a civilian or factory workers helmet; next is a helmet cover that sits on the cracked helmet; next is the cracked helmet; next is a tanker helmet; next is a an army paratrooper helmet, the rubber suspension webbing has deteriorated over the years:-(; next is a late war naval helmet; next is an army pith helmet; next is a M90 helmet , not sure what it is; Last is a sun hat, I bought it at a yard sale many years ago. The vet said he had gotten it in the Philippines when they jumped a Japanese work detail.
