I was supposed to buy a mannequin recently, since I found out they are very cheap on the German ebay(Half the price as in Norway, including shipping etc), but I ended up spending the money on a pair of double buckle boots instead.
So I decided to make one(Made of wood and stuffed/protected by paper etc). Also made a bust for one of my Norwegian uniforms which I don't have the pants for yet.

Thank you to all who have posted, and continue to post, their mannequin displays! I love seeing pictures of them and before joining War Relics it would never have crossed my mind. I'm really glad I joined the community here and began collecting. I look forward to one day (soon!) having a mannequin display. Until then I'll just enjoy looking at all of yours!![]()
Here's a bust I put together today.

Thanks for the nice compliment on the display, the neck garment is the only item on the mannequin that is not original, it is a scarf in FG which I found at a local department store. I weathered it a little and am using it until I can find a nice toque!
