a high-ranking Coastal Artillery tunic. Konteradmiral. Above the ribbon bar, you can see additional loops for a parade medal bar that utilized vertical reverse loops rather than the traditional horizontal pin setup.
I believe we may have identified the original owner of this uniform. Konteradmiral Georg Waue was executed by Tito and his partisan captors on May 8th 1945 while acting commander of the base at Pola.

WOW !!! No question one of the finest officer tunics I ever saw. Plus being Coastal Art. (so rare) really is "over the top" !! Just beautiful. One rarely sees an officer grade CA wool tunic.
