Hello friends.
You must not forget that the yoke and the arrows are the heraldic elements of the Catholic Monarchs (Isabel I of Castile and Fernando II of Aragón)
and they were adopted by the Falange as their symbols.
From what I see in the decoration of the fountain that Pierre sends us (in which you can also see the coat of arms of Castilla, in the center) I think that in this concrete case they are not Falangist symbols.

I remember in that village that an older man told me that many people want to "forget" and ignore since from both sides the families are living in the village, so by not speaking about it it is kept as a non exicsting something ...... But off course besides that , it does not mean that the old men knows exactly how these signs have to look.
