​After a PM from Wim Saris it seems that the NSBO should be under the banner of the DAF Werkschar. Here is a bit of what Wim wrote, many thank again Wim for the info :

"It was a pure political sub-organization from the NSDAP, a nat.soz. trade Union.
As NSBO it was not in existance before 1931. It was created as Betriebszellen-
abteilung on January 15, 1931 and renamed as NSBO on March 5th. On May
2, 1933 the NSBO, under the command of Ley (along with the SA and SS) took
over control of all free trade unions in Germany on orders of Hitler"
