Hello Piotr,
I believe the buckle is original. You are, however, correct that most NSBO buckles encountered today are not marked; but many were. From my perspective the prongs and roller assembly are fine. I have two NSBO buckles marked by Overhoff with the "O.C. ges. gesch." The RZM M/4/27 is also an acceptable marking by this firm.
Here is a photo of mine.
Hello Dan
I have seen some NSBO buckles having logo of firm, but never RZM mark.
Maybe a word "fake" is inappropriate - I think this connection is wrong .
I mean somebody might have used a good box of other buckle marked Rzm +nsbo face plate. Maybe it was made long time ago.
What do you think ?
Maybe somebody have NSBO with RZM ??
best regards
Piotr
