Not good. Sorry. The buckles with the reinforcement plate on the backside are replicas I believe.

This buckle is a well known fake, because of the following :

the stamping D.R.G.M. is never found on good telegraph buckles, and the holes for soldering the medaillon are always vertical, not horizontal

There is no reinforcement brass plates at the back of the lugs

The claw should be of the brass soldered type, not crimped in two parts
