To add to the collection, if ‘butter’ is not on the menu today, but meat is: Here is the “Krupp” hunting dagger. Which was reportedly a gift from Krupp to Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring in furtherance of his hunting pastime. Fred

Several months back I spoke to a very old collector that told me he owned Mussolini's dagger back in the 60's/early 70's..... Now I realize this sounds like pure BS... I asked him if he had any pics.. after a week he gave me this only pic that he had. I'm just posting this for entertainment value.. the "story" he got was that it was a gift from the SS to Mussolini.... have a look...
But Larry, this is the ultra rare gold plated orange gripped model !!!! (Which is not to be confused with that "ordinary" cased example that sold recently with a plain carbon steel blade and no gold plating.) And it's one that I am just going to have to add to my own collection ............................. of images .
My best to all - with a special thanks to Vedran. Fred
