Hi, IMO, from pics provided, looks almost too matte in finish, so, I would say a repaint. But a good one at that.

Definitely re painted. The paint is slopped on the fittings.

Definite a repaint as already stated by the other posts, but thats not the only concern i have.
Klaas is the only one using screws, the lower fitting has a replaced screw but i dont like the shape of the fitting, this is also the fact looking at the top fitting.
Def. need good detailed pics to confirm, but what i see doesnt give me any good vibs
Compare it with a Klaas i once had
