I would say quite rare Ron to acquire one of these in the immaculate condition as this example.
These types of daggers have always been difficult to capture the green scabbard wrap in photos.
I can see the green in your photos...well done.

And the fact that the green color is visible is more luck than photographic skills.

I saw this piece before you got it, it's a great example is near pristine condition. I believe the knot is a Navy knot with a slightly green dot.
