Looks like the eagle lacks any detail,, and the grip does not conform to period examples.

I definitely agree with you Larry, that is not one of the better copies of KM daggers, but it's still a fool can fool collectors.
Someone also put a patina and dust on it, so it looks more original.
This is the only copy of the late C.E. KM dagger with 1942 logo I've ever seen, but who knows?
Perhaps such copies are even good, at least it is easy to recognize, unlike Imperial German super copy.
Luckily i am not collect such expensive items.

Very good reproduction of Clemen & Jung 2nd model K.M. dagger.
It is important to note, that most K.M. daggers marked Clemen & Jung, are produced after the war.
