I picked this up over the weekend and I believe it to be an original with original bakelite handle. I did not find anything searching for this maker and am concerned it lacks a logo. All opinions are appreciated.

    Very Nice John
The condition is excellent and including the leather washer.
Looks to have been well kept.

Very nice knife Rossi. Thank you for sharing a knife to compare. I saw quite a few with a logo above the Puma mark and became concerned. The ones with a logo must be a bit earlier and others a bit later.

Yes, some have the Puma head trademark, others don't. Nice example you've got there.

Nice one, I bid on one recently at auction and stopped at $230. It sold for $260. I saw 2 the next month at the Allentown Pa fun show, one was $400 the other was $700 and was the most pristine example I have ever seen.

Great looking Puma knives here. Am sure the steel used was top notch. Thanks for the great pics.

Beware that Puma used a few different logos on their bakelite fightingknives, and that they are highly faked now a days……
Without proper research i would not dare buying one on auctions now a days.
