Unknown Red Cross Dagger

This dagger just sold on ebay and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these. I've never seen one and couldn't find it in my dagger book. It has all the attributes of a hitler youth dagger and the serrated blade of a Red Cross dagger.

Not an original Third Reich item hence that is why you could not find it in your books.

Ok thanks. I didn't have enough confidence in it to bid but I wanted to know. It was not listed as German just as a Red Cross dagger. Is it post war or just a fake?

The grip insignia would appear to be Swiss. The colours are reversed to be Red Cross anyway

The style knifes were made post war.
