1st pattern Police Cap badge

I finally got around to picking up a 1st pattern Police cap badge. I've always liked the details and quality of these earlier badges. Here it is alongside my 2nd pattern badge and my small Riker cases with police related insignia.

It really has some very elegant and fine lines: It seems of a much higher quality than the later ones.

Thanks Brian! Sweet set up with all the bells and whistles on your highly decorated mannequin, even former SS badge. My Schupo is sporting a standard 2nd pattern badge, a Hamburg cross and a borrowed medal bar he did not earn to fill the breast pocket area, LOL
