All were repos ,tags said ww2 german badge, priced at anywhere from 100.00-250.00 at a consigners booth.Told the shop owner, you know these are fakes and if someone buys them and finds out they might get pretty mad.He had no clue ,said seller was a knowledgeble collector. But then again its buyer beware,if you dont know what you are buying you shouldnt buy it.You can look at it both ways I guess.Kriegs minesweeper,Luft ground assualt, luft Flak and several others.

As you say, buyer beware. But I'm sure there are some mature collections, from guys who began collecting in the 1960's and '70's, and they were fooled into buying fake stuff back then, and they haven't had the opportunity to off load it since. You can't take it to a dealer as these days the game is up. So you are left with drip feeding a small antique shop or some market somewhere. Dangerous waters for the uninformed innocent.
