Well, for ww2 factory made - $500.00 or so. Pre Meiji era if in a condition near perfect they will start around $3500.00 for an anonymous blade with no furniture. Good name, date, furniture, provenance $7500.00 and upwards. warring states period with quality furniture etc. $25,000.00 and up. Any connection to famous samurai families or word smiths, $50,000.00 and up. Daisho ( katana and wakazashi, long and short matched swords typical of samurai) $15,000.00 and upwards.
