Most of us have at some time searched for websites relating to specific military items for direct or indirect reference.
I thought it might be an idea to start a thread which the moderators might incorporate into a type of index listing at some point for everyones benefit.

Just to make things clear, the sites should be of a technical nature rather than a general overview.

A few examples which I have used from time to time, which have become some main source sites for looking up unusual details.
