no comfort at all , seen the fact that almost everything that was stolen is my collection , brand new laptop was left untouched , Flat screen and car (with keys) as well , inside the house one door was locked , they did not even try to break it open , as I only store books in there , must have been someone who I was very familiar with , altough , that has changed now ,...... friends ???????

A very sad story indeed, my sympathy for your loss, did you by any chance made pictures of some special items. The thieves unfortunately will be able to dump the average items on the net without getting caught but it can be the rare and specialised items who could eventually reveal there identity. If you made some pictures then I can advice you to put them on the net (also this forum) in an attempt to catch the perpetrators and hopefully gain some of the items back, good luck.

    Unhappy Re: Stolen collection

No insurance means double loss, no more precious items and in the end no money to possible replace them, very sad. Unfortunately, without pictures it will be very difficult to recover the stolen items.
