I collect coins also.
My oldest one is a British half penny found in my garden from 1697's
I also have a Greek 1869 coin.
Militaria wise my oldest is 1914, but i have my eyes on a crimean medal so that might change

as you can see the condition is bad and someone must of got hungry but i cannot complain it was in a bag of about 40 coins i brought for about £2.

King George's coin. they were made of cooper
and great bargain too !!! they are not so easy to find

My oldest item is actually a coin i have from my grandmother.I have it from little child and dont know about it..Maybe it is french from 1511 or 1754.someone who knows better maybe can help.and some arabic coins that from time have diasapeared and can not see nothing what it was

The first coin is not French is is Austrian.
It is a 17 kreuzer, the year on the coin is the year it was minted.
"Kb"is the mint mark, so you have a 1754 kb minted 17 kreuzer.
The other coin I know nothing about.

According to a quick Internet search It is an anagram for
Francis by the grace of god roman emperor always augmenter of the empire king of Germany and Jerusalem archduke of Lorraine and bar grand duke of Tuscany.

My oldest collectible, that I can think of, is an original land deed for a plot of land in Lancaster, PA. It dates to March 1776:
