Not good, and unfortunately the logical consequence of indiscriminate bombing of urban areas.
Targeting a railway is hardly something one should describe as indiscriminate. Especially given the fact that Rail Traffic was a high priority target.
Unfortunately it is the lack of respect for History and the failure to conduct proper surveying utilising an inappropriate detection method for which this is the "logical consequence".
It really is amazing these accidents are so seldom considering how apathetic the general approach to the problem is
For whatever reason, I cannot open the link... 'access denied.'

Not brilliant these days... although still good enough to order Bockwurst, Pommes Frittes, and a Dortmunder Pilsner.
Failing that, there's always 'Google translator' to fall back on!

Ordering a Dortmunder and a Bockwurst might get you lynched in Munich. Just stick to Leberkässemmel and Weizen
WOW! 75 + yrs. and still live. GERMAN ENGERNING to the MAX!!
Toot I don’t think Germany started a bombing campaign against its own railways… I think it’s an allied bomb. Not entirely sure the longevity of explosives is something to cheer either as it should of went off when it hit the ground
